The Grid is a simple, visual holistic habit‑tracking system used to spot patterns and behaviors that may not be serving you, and to reveal areas of your life that may be neglected or out of balance.

 

To Use:

1. Download or screenshot the weekly habit tracker and goals/morning ritual list.

 

2. Before each new week begins, establish a goal in each of the categories outlines. 

 

3. Add an emoji, sticker or any other symbol that coordinates to its categorical color in each collumn for each day.

 

4. Complete your Grid each week and post in in the On-Grid group. Chime in with some encouragement for others and show your progess in a community of like-minded people.
